1. Authenticity & Gemstone Certification Guarantee

Jezdira Gemstones guarantees that all loose gemstones and mounted pieces sold on our platform are 100% natural and authentic. Each certified stone is accompanied by an independent gemological laboratory report (e.g., GIA, IGI, or equivalent accredited labs) verifying origin, dimensions, carat weight, color grade, clarity, and treatment history.

2. Pricing, Specifications & Product Representation

We strive for complete precision in our gemstone listings, high-resolution photography, and pricing data:

• Gemstone carat weights, millimeter dimensions, and photos are displayed as accurately as possible. Natural gemstones may exhibit minor natural inclusions or color variations under different lighting conditions.
• Prices are subject to market adjustments based on gemstone rarity and raw mining exchange rates. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order fulfillment.
• Orders placed are binding once payment authorization and stock availability are confirmed.

3. Payment Terms & Custom Order Deposits

Full payment is required prior to shipment of catalog inventory. For bespoke custom sourcing or custom jewelry design projects, a non-refundable deposit may be required before CAD modeling or mine procurement commences.
